FAQ list

1. Q: What types of vehicles do you export, and do you handle all the export procedures?

A: We export new vehicles, used vehicles, and New Energy Vehicles (NEVs). We provide comprehensive one-stop export services, including vehicle sourcing, quality inspection, export license application, customs clearance, and international shipping. You just need to tell us your requirements, and we will handle the rest.

A: No. According to China’s latest export regulations, new pure electric passenger vehicles do not require an Export License. However, new plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), fuel cell vehicles, and new pure electric commercial vehicles still require an Export License, which we will apply for on your behalf.

A: Because NEVs contain lithium batteries, they are classified as Class 9 dangerous goods for maritime transport. We will prepare all necessary safety documents for you, including the UN38.3 battery testing report, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), and the Maritime Safety Declaration to ensure smooth and safe international shipping.

A: Every used vehicle must pass a strict inspection by an independent third-party testing agency based on national export quality standards. We provide a detailed inspection report covering the engine, chassis, accident history, and mileage. We strictly prohibit the export of scrapped, stolen, or illegally assembled vehicles.

A: We strictly comply with China’s latest regulations. For used vehicles registered for less than 180 days, we will obtain an official “After-sales Service Confirmation Letter” from the original manufacturer before applying for the Export License. This ensures 100% compliance and prevents any customs clearance issues in your country.

A: For used car exports, the vehicle must first be transferred to our export company with a “Pending Export” endorsement. After the vehicle successfully clears customs, we will officially cancel its domestic registration within 2 months and provide you with the Cancellation Certificate, ensuring no legal risks for your import.

A: Before shipment, we will thoroughly research the import regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements of your destination country. We ensure that the vehicles (and their modifications, if applicable) meet local market access standards. We can also assist you in obtaining necessary destination certifications like GCC, SONCAP, or E-MARK.

A: We offer both Roll-on/Roll-off (Ro-Ro) vessels and Container shipping, depending on your order volume and destination. To ensure safety, we use professional vehicle loading and reinforcement techniques. We also highly recommend purchasing comprehensive marine transport insurance to cover any potential risks during the ocean voyage.
